KEY  
i ) Fees are charged on a per head basis.
ii ) Group and Special discount available.
iii ) Company in-house training will be charged at substantially competitive rate.

 Fee charged will include workshop documentation, tea-break with refreshments.
v) Enrolment is on a first-come-first serve basis. Deadline of enrolment will be 3 weeks before each training course starts.

Award of Certificate :
A Certificate of completion will be issued provided the participant has satisfactorily completed the program.

Venue :
Location of function room to be advised one week before event

Workshop hours : 0900-1700 (whole day) / 0900-1200 (half day)

Payment : Cheque or bank draft.
Please make your crossed cheque or bank draft payable to Lloyd & Wilkins Consulting.

Please mail your cheque and registration form to Lloyd & Wilkins Consulting, 509, Bank of America Tower, 12 Harcourt Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Admittance will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment.


Cancellation

All cancellation must be made to Lloyd & Wilkins in writing. If cancellation are received :

    1. More than 14 days before the workshop, a full refund of the workshop fee less 10% administrative charge will be given.
    2. 7-14 days before the workshop, a 50% refund of the workshop fee and a set of workshop documentation will be given.
    3. Less than 7 days before the workshop, no refund will be given, but
      1. a substitute delegate is welcome to take your place or
      2. you may credit your registration to a future Lloyd & Wilkins workshop
